JASON D. SALLEY

Chief Executive Officer

Jason brings more than 26 years of experience in the aerospace-defense and technology industries to his role as TrueAscent’s Chief Executive Officer. As a senior executive, Jason has led strategy and development for companies such as General Dynamics and SAIC supporting government programs in satellite and missile technology, critical infrastructure, radio and space communications, unmanned arial system, and radar system and ground station support.

Jason built his career developing and managing complex technology programs across government and commercial sectors, specializing in mission-critical systems and client relationship management for the nation’s most demanding aerospace and defense applications within the Intelligence Community (IC), Armed Services, Department of War, NASA, NOAA, and various other federal agencies.

Jason holds a Master’s degree from the George Washington University, a Bachelor’s degree from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

R. STEVE MCKAMEY, P.E.

Chief Technology Officer

Steve is a Professional Engineer with more than 40 years of experience in aerospace and defense systems engineering. As TrueAscent’s Chief Technology Officer, he brings extensive leadership from critical programs including Architecture definition for Constellation and SLS, Risk Management for Firefly Alpha and New Glenn Stage1, and Lead Systems Engineering for the J5-Phoenix Hypersonic Test Facility at USAF Arnold Engineering Development Complex. Prior to TrueAscent, Steve served as Chief Engineer for the Artemis Universal Stage Adapter, leading complex technical programs across government and commercial aerospace sectors.

Mr. McKamey built his career through progressive engineering leadership roles, specializing in launch systems, spacecraft architecture, and advanced propulsion technologies. He holds Professional Engineering certification and maintains deep expertise in systems integration for next-generation space transportation.

J. PATRICK RAU

Chief Financial Officer

Patrick has over 39 years experience leading financial organizations at technology companies. His CFO/controllership experience encompasses setting up accounting systems, contracts administration, procurement, project control, proposal pricing, budgeting, banking relationships, investor relations, due diligence submissions, ERP upgrades, and other related administrative duties. His work includes unmanned aerial systems (UAS), commercial avionics and related communications, Space Shuttle services, the initial Global Positioning System (GPS) satellite constellation, anti-submarine warfare (ASW), network security products, and engineering services.

Most recently, Patrick served as the interim CFO at Skydweller Aero, Inc. Prior to Skydweller, he came out of retirement to join Parry Labs, LLC as its CFO/Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)..

Patrick earned a Post-MBA Certificate in Accounting from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business and holds a MBA Finance Concentration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BBA from Western Michigan University.

MICHAEL J. LISTNER

General Counsel

Michael is a recognized subject matter expert in outer space law and policy with 22 years of legal and corporate experience. As General Counsel at TrueAscent, he brings complex litigation expertise and specialized knowledge from consulting with both non-governmental and governmental entities on space commerce and regulation.

Michael built his career specializing in the intersection of law, policy, and emerging space technologies. Mr. Listner has authored over 100 articles on outer space law and policy, establishing himself as a leading voice in the field. He combines practical legal experience with deep regulatory expertise to guide companies through the evolving landscape of commercial space operations and is licensed in New Hampshire.
